Our hybrid training is designed to enable teachers to build their capacity, apply what they learn, and share resources within their networks.
Collaborative Expansion: We partner with local training providers to bring our teacher training program to new districts, integrating seamlessly with local educational goals
Structured Orientation: Teachers begin with an online orientation and are paired with mentors, ensuring they are fully supported throughout the program.
Focused Training: Participants engage in 48 hours of hybrid (online and offline) training (Diklat Berjenjang), centred on child-focused and play-based pedagogy, to enhance their teaching practices.
Hands-On Experience: Teachers apply their knowledge in the Tugas Mandiri, a 300-hour capstone project that actively involves the community. They engage in a 3-month Continuous Professional Development program.
Program Certification: Upon successfully completing the entire program, teachers receive certification, empowering them to lead early childhood classrooms and make a lasting impact.

I have waited a long time to join this training: I am an S1 graduate, but my background is not in Early Childhood Education. The students in my school, Al Muchtar Play group, have always learned by playing but so far, we were not sure if we were doing the right things or not. Joining the training confirmed that a child’s world is play. So, we changed the learning activities into more playful activities and reduced the use of worksheets.
